Good companies

As a young, ambitious and performance-hungry entrepreneur, Karl Schlecht has learned from good role models since 1958 until today as a managing director of KSG.

He also founded the LEIZ Institute at ZU for "Right Decisions" as a leadership excellence - based on Erich Fromm's character study - due to the success of the superior and exemplary Hans Liebherr. His outstanding life's work in the field of construction machinery etc. was due to the fact that he meant "Deciding the Right Way" when asked by Mr. Schlecht, his closest advisor for many years, the well-known auditor Rudolf Gocke from Bonn.
